Chancellor's Advisory Committee on the Status of Women
This committee is charged with identifying issues of concern to female faculty, students and staff at UC Merced, and to advise the chancellor on potential responses to those concerns. The committee analyzes policies, procedures and programs that affect such issues and recommends changes necessary to afford women fair and equal access to programs, activities and opportunities. The overarching goal is to seek ways to ensure the best possible campus climate for all faculty, students and staff.

The CARE Office
The CARE Office (formerly called the Violence Prevention Program) provides response to and education about gender-based violence, including sexual violence, domestic/dating violence, and stalking. The CARE Office serves all individuals affiliated with UC Merced including students, staff, and faculty members.

Lactation Accommodations
